Kawaiiki sells kawaii and pastel goth clothing online, along with plush toys, bags, socks and pieces for the home. The shop opened in 2018, and a lot of the range carries artwork by independent artists.
Clothes are made to order. A parcel normally arrives two to three weeks later, insured, in almost any country. Prices already include sales tax and VAT, and for Canada, Australia and New Zealand the import taxes as well.
If an item arrives damaged or wrong, the shop refunds it or replaces it within its 30-day returns window. Questions about sizes or fabrics go to the support team, which answers inside 48 hours.
